We ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer the slot to another student and respect our team’s time.

Missed sessions without prior notice (48 hours) may be charged in full, depending on the circumstances.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, we can offer a refund as long as no service has been provided. However, the session must be cancelled at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled time.
